The luxury 3rd floor duplex apartment in Ericeira's center is one of the best options if you look for a comfortable home in the middle of town. The apartment is close to several beaches ("Pescadores" - fisherman beach, "Sul" - south beach and "Norte" - north beach), all within a short walk. Groceries, the municipal market, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clubs are literally around the corner.

This elegant and spacious two story apartment with 3 bedrooms is located right in the center of Ericeira and was completely refurbished in spring 2014. In the lower level, the large living room leads onto an open space kitchen with dining area. Both are connected to the large sea view terrace which overlooks the roof tops of Ericeira's historical center and invites to spend cozy times. A large roll-out sunshade covers the outdoor table, an outdoor shower and barbecue station top up the beautiful terrace. Also in the lower level are 2 bedrooms (one has a double bed with an pull-out bed for a third person and the other one has two single beds and a loft double bed). Both rooms lead onto a little terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture. A large bathroom serves both bedrooms. The upper level is reached from the living room by a solid wooden stairway. It has the master bedroom (double bed) with sea view and a private bathroom.

"Casa do Telhado is a really comfortable 3rd floor apartment, with lovely views from the very spacious sun terrace. It catered comfortably for our group of 7 adults. It is located within a minute of the Old Town centre & a few minutes stroll to Fisherman's Beach.....perfect!"

"We loved this apartment, the location is fantastic, is right in the centre of the town. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable. We are a family of five with two teenagers and a smaller one, it was quite spacious for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and we will be back to stay again!"

"The only issue with the apartment is parking, which is a problem if you have a car. "

"We very much appreciated the styling and comfort of the apartment, from towels to candles. The roofterrace with sunscreen, BBQ and beautiful view was excellent. Inside we appreciated very much the couch and the luxurious kitchen and bathrooms."

"the kitchen equipment could be upgraded a little, with for example wineglasses etc. the two single beds in the 4p sleeping room make too much noise when turning around. furthermore some extra light in the living room would be nice. but overall we appreciated the apartment and the excellent service of Herwig very much."
